This means all paints mixed in recent hours has been centralized in a database giving our staff the most up to date mixing formulas the market could possibly have. 

Additionally, their local distributors have the most qualified sales and support personnel on staff.  In the event we have trouble with our system or perhaps a particular color, we can contact these folks and be rest assured a solution is not far off. 

Sherwin also sponsors Focus Groups.  Whats a Focus Group?  Its a non competitive group made up of owners of collision repair facilities across the United States and Canada.  We meet on a quarterly basis and compare numbers and work together to help one another.  We've been a member of the group system for many years.  No one shop has all the answers and by sharing ideas and learning what other markets face, we can grow to meet the challenges we face right here in Richmond!
