A picture is worth a thousand words!
Or an Estimate!
We can schedule a convenient time when an estimator can meet with you at one of our locations or we can offer an estimate via photos you provide to us.
To schedule a physical estimate send an email to: appointment@connerbrothers.com Tell us a time and whcich location you would like to use or give us your address and when we contact you, we can recommend a location.
If you would like for us to email an estimate to you send us a photo(s) and some detailed information on your vehicle to estimates@connerbrothers.com. We will need the following information:
Your Name and Email address
Photos of the damaged area (try to send at least two photos)
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
Production Date
Mileage on the Vehicle
Soon you will be able to text us this information...but for now we have to use the old fashioned way of email!
Why do we need these bits of information and where do you find them? All vehicles have unique information to help us identify the vehicle's origin and trim levels. This information allows us to choose the correct database where we obtain parts costs and labor times. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) provides us with some manufacturing information along with year, make and model of your vehicle. It can be found on your registration card from DMV or on the vehicle itself. Normally, you can see the VIN if you face the vehicle, walk from the front towards the driver's door, stand next to the front edge of the driver's door and look on the dash through the window. The VIN plate is attached to the dash. Click here to see photo. The second bit of information that will assist us is the Production Date. This is very helpful in determining parts when manufacturers split model years. The Production Date is located in the door opening on the driver's side. Click here to see photos. As far as mileage goes, most insurance companies will want this on the estimate. We do not need to put this information on the estimate if you do not wish to share this info.
Once we input the VIN into our estimating system, we'll then be able to generate an estimate based on the photos we are provided and we can email this to you. We feel we can give a fairly accurate estimate based on this method...but now for the disclaimer... hidden damage is always a factor in our industry...There are many parts make up our vehicles and you can't always see them from a photo...click here to get and idea of what we are talking about here.
Thanks for giving us the opportunity to serve you! We look forward to becoming your Body Shop!
