It is a simple model, really!  Conner Brothers Collision Centers makes the tickets and distributes them to the respective groups. Each ticket has a number.  Members of the group sell the tickets to people who own cars and want to get them washed…for a good cause of course… The car wash will go rain or shine!  This is important because rescheduling is almost impossible…and in the event it does rain, most folks will be ok because they know they are supporting a great cause…the young people! 

The morning of the car wash, Conner Brothers will provide all the car wash materials necessary for a quality wash job.  The students will be labor.  Statistics will show that between 30-50% of the ticket purchasers will show up for the car wash.  Signage near the car wash site may generate additional sales but is not requisite for making the car wash a success.  The success comes from the students selling tickets in advance.   Since each ticket has a number it, gauging the potential sales of the car wash before it happens should be easy… so, if sales goals are not being met… final pushes by the ticket sellers can be done before the date of the car wash.

During the car wash, the ticket holder will present their ticket and car for washing.  They may enjoy a tour of a Conner Brothers Collision Repair Facility or enjoy a cup of coffee while their car is washed.  The total car wash time should take about 10 minutes.  After which time the owner and his freshly washed vehicle are reunited, thanked and sent on their way.  While the car wash is going on, participants and Conner Brothers will take photos of the event that will be composed into a short slide presentation to be viewed on Conner Brothers website at a later date. At noon, pizza will be delivered to all the participants washing cars.  And I almost forgot, everyone gets a t-shirt prior to the car wash beginning.
