New Pay System
“Show us the hours and We’ll show you the money”
Conner Brothers now has two pay systems! You can choose either to be paid Hourly or by Commission. Details below describe our new “Commission Pay System”. The Hourly system works in a similar fashion but, the hours worked are from 8 - 5 pm, Monday through Friday with one hour for lunch each day. Call us for details at 804.594.2782.

Commission Pay System
Master Body Technicians Master Paint Technicians
41% Commission 35% Commission
Hours: 7:30 to 5:00, with 30 minute lunches at the technician's choice. Off Friday at 11:30. Employees may work Friday afternoon from Noon till 5 pm to turn more hours.
Fewer supplements (supplements will be handled by management in “Supplement Zone”)
Technicians do not negotiate with insurance adjusters.
Parts will have been checked and accounted for prior to repair process beginning.
Parts arrive to Body Techs jambed or cut in except Quality Replacement or Recycled Parts.
Benefits available after 90 days of employment include: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance-employee sponsored, Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, Uniforms, Long Term Care (after 1year) and, Retirement-Simple IRA (after 1 year). Vacation: as many weeks as you like. You tell us upfront how many weeks you’d like and after 12 months of service you will get those weeks. Vacation must be coordinated with Management ahead of time.
Hourly Pay System
With our hourly pay system you are paid by a given dollar amount for the hours you work on the clock. Working hours for hourly employees are Monday – Friday, 8 – 5 pm, with 1 hour for lunch. For benefits paid to hourly employees click here.
